This Mpumalanga Country Lodge is set on 200 hectares (approx. 500 acres) of indigenous bush, forestry and farmland. The dam, which has a surface area of 5 hectares, is stocked with Black Bass.
The farming activity, which utilizes 35 percent of the land, includes 4000 avocado trees, 700 litchi trees, 100 Macadamia trees and 100 coffee bean trees.

Recommended Route from the East Rand
Take the N12 towards Witbank. This becomes the N4 to Nelspruit. In Nelspruit take the R40 towards White River, from White River turn left towards Hazyview and Paul Kruger Gate. Take the Kiepersol turnoff and continue for about 5km. Turn left onto the R514 to Sabie and continue for 9.2km. Entrance to Blue Mountain Lodge is on the left.
Recommended route from Johannesburg
Take the N1 towards Bloemfontein. From the N1 take the N12 turnoff towards Witbank. This becomes the N4 to Nelspruit. Follow directions from Nelspruit as above.
Recommended Route from Pretoria
Take the N4 from Pretoria directly to Nelspruit. Follow directions from Nelspruit as above.
Reach Blue Mountain Lodge by Air
The 2 closest commercial airports are Kruger Mpumalanga International (50 minutes drive) and Skukuza +/- 1½ hours drive from Blue Mountain Lodge.
All road transfers are arranged on request and quoted accordingly. The same applies to helicopter transfers. Blue Mountain Lodge does have a heli-pad.
